Hockey World Cup: Pakistan's 'Dutch conspiracy' theory seems to be wrong

Pakistan had appealed the decision against its defender Ammad Butt announced by Christian Deckenbrock, the Technical Delegate for the tournament, against whom Pak alleged was a Dutch Technical Delegate who did it sabotage Pak team ahead of its crucial third and final Pool D match of the World Cup against the Netherlands. But Deckenbrock is not Dutch, he is German.
