Islamic extremists backing Kerala Maoists: CPM leader

CPM Kozhikode district secretary P Mohanan has stoked a fresh controversy by saying that Islamic extremist organisations are supporting Maoists in Kerala. The remarks came against the backdrop of the arrest of two CPM workers under the UAPA for alleged Maoist links.
